You will be notified of any revisions that may occur and by continuing to use the website, chatroom, or any materials provided by “JTrader” will be accepted as an agreement to these revisions. You understand and acknowledge the risk of trading securities and that any content provided by “JTrader” or affiliates (website, chatroom, social media pages, etc.) does not guarantee any investment results and will not be held liable for any losses. You understand that all information provided within the site (courses, webinars, chatroom, etc.) is educational only. You agree that you will not alter or duplicate any content retrieved from the site for third party usage or to create harmful content. You agree that you will use the site for personal use only. Privacy Policy
You agree and acknowledge that the following information may be collected: IP address, time zone, location and cookies that may be already installed on your device. Also information about your web pages or products that you view from the website, what websites or search terms referred you to site, and information about how you interact with site. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the site this data, such as your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (PayPal email address, email address, and phone number) will be retrieved. Chatroom Rules
The chatroom provided on the platform Discord is a tool where JTrader and its members share information such as trade ideas, alerts, opinions, etc. You agree to the following: Contributions will be civil and respectful. You are not allowed to post any defamatory or illegal material of any sort in the chatroom including (text, graphics, video, or audio). No abusive or offensive behavior will be tolerated. No advertising or spamming within the server is permitted. No unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, profane, racial or offensive comments will be allowed. You understand that by violating any of the chatroom rules, we reserve the right to ban the member from both the chatroom and the website with NO REFUND.
Mentorship Policy
All mentorship programs will have “JTrader” as the official mentor. Once mentoring has initiated there will be no pausing, credit, or substitutions for the program or of the amount paid. Appointments with “JTrader” will be scheduled accordingly to “JTrader’s” availability. Scheduled appointments can only be altered by giving a one week notice in advance.
Refund Policy
We DO NOT offer refunds on any of our services or purchases through the website. You agree that you are solely responsible to cancel the subscription before it renews for another period in order to not get charged for the next cycle. All memberships are automatically renewed and the cancellations must be done prior to the renewal date. The cancellation must be done on the client’s personal PayPal page or on the member’s account page within the website.
Free Trials
You agree to read the conditions thoroughly before signing up for a trial when they are available. The conditions for the trial will be located near the sign up area or on the webpage. You acknowledge that once the trial period ends, you may be automatically charged for a subscription. There will be no prior notification warning. You are responsible to cancel the trial prior to its expiration to avoid being automatically charged.
