What am I doing now…
A day with family, time to clear your mind.
Passing a day with her and them before she leaves for Colorado.
I have the opportunity to have free time on Sundays and this is great. Some people, as my father in the past, being that he was a police officer, had to work also on Sundays. Instead, I have all this time free to share with my pals and my fiancé.
Each day I wake up at 5:30 am, go for cardio, then around 10:00 an intense gym session and from 12:00 till 9:00-10:00 pm on market. That’s why often I don’t trade ah earnings, at that time I’m completely exhausted. In the past when I was younger I could trade for more hours but even if I’m 37, I start feeling the fatigue from all these years trading.
Sometimes we need to recharge from the market, I love this job but it’s stressful. It’s true, we are not robots. If you want to be successful you need to take that time off to clear your mind and especially to reboot your nervous system.
How many of us traded a long time without a period of rest?
So don’t think for an entire day to the market, I know you love it but your trading performance will benefit from this, and your family as well)
J, Jeanette, Jake, Kim wish you a great Sunday (here at the park with them)
